Skin Power House is a UK-based skincare brand offering at-home skin rituals that combine LED light therapy and microneedling technology with considered formulations. You can reach us at any time via the contact details on our Contact page.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when your order is dispatched. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be authorised.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order through our secure checkout, which accepts major cards and Klarna where offered.

We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and textures may vary slightly from images shown on screen. Our products are cosmetic skincare and beauty devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Always follow the protocol supplied with your ritual and the instructions provided with each device. If you are pregnant, have a skin condition, or are undergoing medical treatment, please consult a qualified professional before use.

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including hygiene conditions that apply to opened skincare and used devices.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, nor for any business loss, as our products are supplied for personal use only.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
